Scope
This Privacy Policy applies solely to the maintainer-operated VidAutomata infrastructure used to prepare and publish videos to personal social media accounts. The project is not offered as a service to the public.
Data Collection
VidAutomata does not collect personal data from external users. The only information stored within the system consists of:
- Content drafts, manifests, and creative assets curated by the maintainer.
- Access tokens or credentials for the maintainer’s own social profiles, stored securely for upload automation.
- System logs necessary to audit rendering jobs and publication history.
No analytics, advertising identifiers, or user tracking cookies are used.
Data Usage
Stored information is used strictly to automate the maintainer’s publishing workflow. Logs and manifests are reviewed to ensure responsible use and compliance with platform policies. Data is never shared with third parties.
Data Retention & Security
Credentials are kept in encrypted storage with access limited to the maintainer. Operational logs and creative assets are retained locally for as long as needed to recreate videos or respond to platform integrity checks. No cloud analytics or advertising networks are integrated.
Third-Party Services
VidAutomata interfaces with official social platform APIs solely for the maintainer’s accounts. The project does not proxy requests for other users or collect data on their behalf.
