Acceptance of Terms
By operating VidAutomata, the maintainer agrees to use the software solely for managing their own media pipeline and to comply with the policies of TikTok, Meta, YouTube, and any other integrated platforms. No other parties are granted access.
Eligibility
The toolkit is limited to the maintainer’s personal use. It is not intended for consumer distribution, client campaigns, or multi-tenant access.
Permitted Use
- Prepare and review creative assets for the maintainer’s personal social accounts.
- Generate narration and captions using open source models trained on open datasets to ensure transparent provenance.
- Store manifests, logs, and publication notes required for compliance reviews.
Prohibited Use
- Sharing the system with external users or clients.
- Attempting to bypass platform security or usage limits.
- Managing uploads for accounts that the maintainer does not own.
- Generating or distributing content that infringes on intellectual property rights.
Intellectual Property
VidAutomata leverages open source components under their respective licenses. All creative outputs produced by the maintainer remain the maintainer’s property. The project acknowledges and complies with upstream license obligations.
Disclaimer
The software is provided on an as-is basis for experimentation. The maintainer bears responsibility for ensuring that all uploads comply with applicable laws and platform policies.
Changes to These Terms
Because the project is privately maintained, updates to these Terms will be documented locally. Any significant policy change will be reflected in this page with a revision date.
